Education & Technology Consulting is led by Tony Richardson.

Former Execuitive Director of Becta and Director of Online Learning at the UK National College for School Leadership (NCSL, now the NCTL), Tony has led national strategy development in technology and education, educational leadership, online learning, school business management and national developments in the primary phase curriculum. His experience ranges from national strategic roles with government, national inspection work as registered inspector with OFSTED (school, national theme and Local Authority inspections) work as a Chief Adviser and senior officer in Local Authorities and front-line leadership as a headteacher.

Tony's recent assignments have included leading the development of school leadership and school inspection standards in Albania and supporting performance management and review in a major Multi-Academy Trust in the UK. Tony has also worked in a key role with University College London (UCL), Institute of Education International Unit, as an international school leadership consultant. Tony has worked in many countries including India, China, the Turks and Caicos, Armenia, Norway and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
